This is in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty and ensures that the labor to correct any defect will also be covered, giving you peace of mind during that time. So this basically totals 12 years of warranty from Jordan Exteriors!
We believe that all Madison window companies should stand behind their work with something more than the full year we are all accustomed to receiving. You should avoid those contractors who guarantee only their labor after the first year as this can mean any warranty work after a year will be charged to you even if it is a material failure that you have no control over.
We will correct any material defect even if it has nothing to do with the actual workmanship.
